Spirits

Hello Friends,
Does spirits really exist? Is there anything that exists after our death ?What is a spirit?does death happen when it is destined or it might be the case that those who face death unexpectdly and are not aware even after their death that they are dead, they want to fulfill their wishes and for this they need human bodies to do their tasks.
when people die theyleave their physical body and move to next astral body.... till they reach 7th plance plane their are various physical bodies residing in various palnes..the physical plane is the only visible one and hence the physical body.
There were some experiments done after the second world war because someone claimed that there are spirits of the soldiers and because of it certain lights were seen in the sky just at some height above the ground. So according to one scientist that if there are spirits they will have certain frequencies and thus is plotteda frequency detecting instrument near the groung and observed that it showed somedeflections,it is a true story.
Now let us move towards some scientific explanations of it .When we say that someone
has died .When someone died what actually happens it is said that in medical language his mind
has been colapsed and takes it's thought patterns when it happens then that person is proclaimed as dead and rest of body is burried.
Let it relate with car spirit. Car spirit is associated not only with the fuel but it is associated with the spirit power that is internal to it.
There may be spirit associated with humans when they are still alive .These type of feelings come into when you are in a complete thoughtless situation. And after that when your
mind comes in this physical world. You feel very energetic and enthusiastic. You become more
concentrated.
What are described above may or may not be true in the physical world . Now I am moving towards that spirit that really exists, means think about great persons that even have
died but when we think about them we always says that's spirit.

Position of women in society

Hello Freinds,
Now it's time to write something bitter but truth facts about our society,We people are living in the era of 21st centuray but there is no any development in the field of humanity. Now I am moving towards more specific case rather than generalised case I mean the position of ladies in the society.
We oftenly talk about that we should give priority to women in the society and our leaders are doing their best to pass reservation bill in parliament. But every true indian know that they are doing it to just strong their vote bank.So that they could fulfill their desires.
It is said not only said but true that behind every successfull person there is a support of a woman.Men and women are two sides of a coin. One is incomplete without other, means if you are trying to develop only one side neglecting otherside then your development can not be considered complete because you can not componsate one side by other side.
Here is the same case and if you do not develop yourself in all dimension then how can we become super power in this world. We can not compete this compatative environment unless we do not start thinking in direction of our weakpoints, because strength of a chain depends upon its weakest link.Means if your weak link is strong enough to bear the pressure then more strong will be your foundation.
There are the numerous cases in which ladies have shown their capabilities in which they are far away form their counterpart.Take the example of pepsi co. CEO Indira Noi who have crossed her many counterparts in the field of earning.I am not confined only in the field of earning but I am also giving some proofs in other fields in which ladies have done their best.If one think about some great ladies of the world who can forget Indira Gandhi.I am also not spared of it.Indira Gandhi used her ingenuity skills to develop India as master in the field of computer. Her some new efforts such as in the field of education was "jawahar Nawodaya Vidyalaya" which was really very appreciable. It was an effort to find out the talent and educate them properly whether they are rich or not financially good. There are ample of examples which I can not describe in a single blog.
It is scientifically proved that a lady can also think a matter same as men whether it is the field of decision or emotion. They have very good communication skills through which they can handle diplomatic cases very efficiently.
Nepolean Bonapart has said that give me good ladies I will give you a good nation and it is true because a lady is also a mother and a child learnt a lot from his mother if that mother is not in a situation of self respect then how can she fill these qualities in her child .So now it's time to think in this direction and apply it also in reality.

A Golden Idea

Hello friends,
Now I am going to tell you how a magic idea can change your life .It is more practical to me because I have applied it onmyself also.It is not very hard to follow it and if you are very disciplined to your work then your ways are very easy in comparison to others.
Although it is not hard but complexity lies in what extent you are consistent to your work.Consistency is foundation of this magic idea.
I am telling you my own story. These are the days when I was preparing for my compatative examinations. At that timeI was facing problems in solving some complex problems. I was not very comfortable with those problems.I was thinkingwhat should I do to tackle those problems properly. At some cases I was very hopeless. But it is said that adversity cannot trap you forever. And samething happened to me and prosperity knocked to my door.My chemistry class teacher was verygood person he knowed the week points of human beings. That's why he always took some personlitiy development classes. He told us how to become successfull in life.
One day he told us a magic idea that was really a good one to become successfull. He told us how to see your performance on a graph.
He said draw a horizontal straight line and draw a number of points on it showing your days of work.It will betreated as X-axis.Draw another straight line which will act as Y-axis.Draw various points on this line which shows yourday by day positive work.
Take a minimum point on this line which is your job to complete this minimum requirement at least .Doing so youwill be always bounded that you have to work out at least that minimum work which is assigned by you in that graph. And ifyou do that assigned work regularly then you will be in a situation to gain alwyas and there will be no any situation inwhich you will be in a trouble.
Your intention should not be confined only in just completing that minimum assigned work but you should trythat your graph should not not be strictly decreasing or decresing but it should be increasing if it is not an increasinggraph then at least it should be above that minimum assigned work.If it happens still you will be in a situation of profit.

The Magical Words

Hello Friends
I am going to tell you a magical sentence form which really I am inspired .These words show a path of hope when you are in situation that is very unfortunate to you.Now I am revealing thosemagical words .These words are "what is in it" in hindi "ismein kya hai".
The above words are used by one my best friend oftenly.Sometimes not only sometimes but alwyas it gives really a meaning of life. It also tells everyone not to be in an underestimated situation at any move of life. It appears so simple initially but it is not so simple as it appears .You should have some weight to say these words. when somebody says it then it is clear that he/she wants to encourage to do youe best. and when you treat these words in proper way it generates a lot of positive energy.and you have a golden opportunity to use this energy in the right direction.
Take a practical example suppose you are facing a problem and in spite of your efforts you could not find a proper solution of it.you have given up your hope and suddenly your friend comes and said that you have wasted your time in solving these type of problems which seems to easy for him/her.
Initially it impacts in two ways. It depends upto you how you treat it. when you look at bright side of it then there are numerous advantages . You will generate the ability to think it in a logical way that how efficiently you can solve it because if someone have solved it then it is possible that you can solve it in an easy way comparative to other. it is known as positive approach.and when you are in positive situation then from everything of this world you will recieve something .
But if you are taking it in the negative point of view then you are very unfortunate.Nobody can help you in this world. My meaning to say it in this sense is that if you treat your friend's word that he/she is very proudy and how he/she said these words to me. Then definately you lack in field of understanding. You should try to obtain maximum output form these words.
At last I want to say that when you feel that everything is going wrong to you just close your eyes and remember the magical words"ismein Kya hai".I am cofident that at least you will find a solution of a problem amongst many available solutions and you should try to join those friends as my friend from whom you could learn how to tackle situations in an optimal way.

Hiding your love away

Hello Friend,
Now I am going to pen down something about love. What common people think about love & what it is really. There is a great difference which you people watch in movies. You can not map reel life to real life.
I was very sad when I read the sad news of love stories of Priyanka and a muslim comunity man, whose name actually I have forgotten. But it is true that both were in true love with each other.
In spite of orthodox protests of religion they married each other.Since their marriage they were in a gloomy situation.Because everyone was putting pressure on them
to leave his/her better half.
The situations became more adverse when police as well as their family members
became opposite to them. They faced them boldly but it was not enough.Because if you have to face successfully your opposition. You should be prosperous with three M's.
The first M is money power ,second M is man power and third M is muscle power. These things are fundamental needs to servive with your love in this world.Unfortunately
the couple was not aware of it.But what was their fault, they were not doing any crime. They
loved each other and it is said that love is a bond of affection which exits between creature when one is ready to sacrifice for other at any time.
But in this world truth is bitter. If you do not have above three M's everyone will
try to dominate you.But if you have three M's then the conditions will be different and you will be in a situation to dominate rest of the world.
But everyone can not rich of these things and samething happened to that couple.
then the result of their love was definetly on the end. It passed not more than 1 month
the dead body of priyanka's husband was found in Kolkata.
It is said in films that not all love stories have a pleasant end. When it happens in reel life then people forgot it after coming outside the multiplexes ,But when it happens in real life then it generates very painful situations.
It is really very unforunate for we people that when we will give priority to love
over our orthodox thoughts. We are living in 21st century and we are going well in all dimensions whether it is technological field or financial fields etc.In this age these type of activities shows our narrow mindset. We can not develop in all dimension until
we are not thinking in this direction of humanity.

My Struggle during examinations

hello friends,
This story revolves around my bad experiences when I suffered a sevre illness during my exams.
It was the month of march.Spring season was on full flow. There were good climatic conditions at that time , but the man who was not so energetic and enthusiastic was none but myself.
At that time I was in 12th standard and my exams were on the veerge.I was preparing for exams sincerely .I was confident about my big success. My parents , friends , teachers had to much expectations on me.But who can change his/her destiny .Humans can not stop the inevitable situations.
Same thing happened to me The very well known fever "typhoid" was ready to trap me.The situations became more adverse when inspite of all doctor's effort I could not become robust on time , so that I could face my board examinations successfully.
Everyone in my family as well as my friends were expecting that I will not be able to attend my board examination but it was very painful to me ,because I did not want to leave my exams at any cost and I was aware the disastrus results generated after this situation.
I even remember those really very bad days when I gave my examinations in a fever of 101 to 102 degree farenhite.I was so weak at that time even I wrote something it contained a lot of mistakes , which I have to remove , so it took more time to find my flaws and remove it.
But ultimately fortune favoured me and that day came when doctor's effort came into existence and medicines eradicated illness completely.Although I became robust but it was late for me because I have to attend my all difficult papers in fever.
Everyone was pleased to see me in good situation. All of them corrobrated me that you should do your best to recover yourself form previous bad papers. So I decided to work hard so that I could componsate.
My some last papers gone very well and I was in a situation of satisfaction.
But It was very difficult to forget my those days due to which in spite my capability
I could not do my best.

My Experiences With Raging Period

hello friends,
Now I am going to write some interesting events that have happened to me.
These are the days of my my graduation period when I was the first year student of
B.Tech. (computer science and engineering). My college is situated in Etawah which is widely famous for education as well as ragging.
After taking admission I went for hostel accomodation and fortunately I got a room. I was very happy at that time and I was completely unaware of what happens with new entrants in the professional colleges.I even remember those days it was just the first day in my college when some seniors came and said to me as well as some my collegues to stand in a queue.they were really in a humourous mood.they said to us act as actors and actresses. They choose me as hero and one of my collegue and said
that act as heros of 70 to 80 decade sang song and heroien takes a round trip of a tree or somethigelse. We acted same because we were to much scared of seniors. They were entertaining within their group.
One more interesting thig took place after some daysof admission. They caught somr me and some of my friends.they choose two of us and said them that today you have to marriage with each other and one my senior said me that act as a pundit.
But I was very naughty when they were torturing me physically or mentally then I were in search to find a way so that I might do something so that thay have tospend money on me. For the fulfillment of my objective, whenever I saw that my seniors on the shop of juice or shop of bakery, then I usually rush to that shop and order the shopkeeper to give me a lot of food stuffs.I always did it and seniors have to pay for it.
I really enjoyed my ragging period without any apprehension. The seniors did these type of activities so that hesitation could be removed to some extent.Initially it happens that seniors are our enemy but in reality there is a different paradigm they are also very helpful in every aspect of life.
When you are outside your home then you need someone that could help you in difficult situation and it is completely fulfilled by seniors. They help you in choosing a right carrier. They also tell you how to prepare yourself in this competative environment.
In spite of these ragging should occur in a confined way and senior should understand
the mental status of juniors. It should happen in a way so that everyone could enjoy
their ragging period.

Before And After cracking 4th MGPA

It was the day friday dated 28th october. It was a very crucial day for me because I needed to clear 4th MGPA to reach in safe hands. And the MGPA dated on 28 october was the 9th attempt for me.So I was aware the impotance of it.I was taking it seriously because It was known the difficulty level is incresing mgpawise and I was very curious to clear it as soon as possible because my counter was hanging on three and I wanted to make my counter 4.
I recieved a message in which it was clearly mentioned that this mgpa will contain any of the self assessment assignment whcih is a collection of near about 16 tricky questions.I had already completed 9 to 10 problems of that due to these reasons I did not want to miss this mgpa at any cost, because hurdles were more intensive after that.Keeping these points in view I decided not to leave any of the assignments so that I might not be in trouble.
Fortunately I got 3 to 4 days for the preparation of it.I utilised it properly and almost did every assignments.
On the day of test I went to lecture hall on time and I was in very enthusiastic mood. When the hands of clock were at 10.10 then I got the paper. After getting the paper my excitement came down I read the question paper quickly. After that I again read it with less acceleration.I made the logic correctly . The question was based on a matrix problem in which I have to remove that rows and columns of the matrix that contained all the elements zero.
After writing the logic I went to lab to implement it on the system where i typed it on the vi editor and after writing it when I compiled it ,it compiled successfully I was very happy but i could not maintain it , because when i tested it for the inputs jvm throwed an arrayoutofboundexception.Any way I got my fault and corrected it and I got all y's in the parikshk environment. It was really a pleasant moment for me.
My pleasant moments were more catalysed when I heared that almost all my friends have cleared this mgpa. After clearing it we decided to go outside for enjoyment. We decided to go to forum and watch a movie in multiplex. But here time played a deciding role , we reached there when the show time was over.So we hane to adjust ourselves without watching movies. We wandered here and there near about every corner of forum. We enered some garments shop but due to lack of money we have to leave the shop without purchasing anything.
We enjoyed to much that day we were copletely fatigued so we went in a restaurent and after taking our dinner we returned back to our hostel.

Introducing my friend circle

Now I am introducing my friends, friends around whom I passes my days.
First of I want to introduce you with my room partner. The name of my room partner is Mr. Akhil Tripathi . He belongs to Allahabad .He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engg. He has a good knowledge of computer Programming . He has also command over C and C++ programming languages. He is very humorous by nature. He has also very helping nature . His respectable nature for everyone is really very appreciable. He is also a very hard worker.Always he do his work by himself and that is good in a professional carrier. His hobbies are wathing movies , listening songs , watching cricket matches on television. There are
5 to 6 friends who are very close to me and each have some different names and my room partner has also an imaginary name , which is an ID for everyone in my friends.
My second friend is Mr. Sandeep Singh . He belongs to Chhapra which is situated in the eastern region of Bihar. He has completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology
from a government engineering college of Uttar Pradesh. He is a very itelligent person. He has the ability to develop logic of good programmes , but he does it in a complex way and now he is improving himself with the practice of programming. It is very unfotunate for him that he has cleared only 3 MGPAs out of 7 . He opened his account from 5th MGPA and since then he has cleared all the MGPAs and I hope that in near future he will do much better tha it.He is so intelligent that in his first attempt he got near about 90 percentile in CAT.He has entered in the final round of many recruiting companies but unfotunately he could not clear it.Now he is satisfied with his performance . His hobbies are watching movies and singing songs. He is also a very good player of table tennis.
My third friend is Mr. Bhartendu Singh Senger. He has also completed his bachelor of technology in Information and Technology in the year 2006.He has a very good academic record
but in spite of it he could not obtained a good job. He searched for a job in the year 2006 , but due to various pros and cons he did not join any of the jobs. Now he is going good in CDAC and he is satisfied with his performance.I hope in near future he will astonish everybody with his talent. We also called him compiler because everbody says him to check their errors in their programmes and he succesfully find them.He has most humorous nature in our group. Everyday he says that he will not comment on others but he did not fallow it.He has a good communication skills , which play an important role in professional carrier.
My fourth friend is Mr. Mayank pal Singh . He has also completed his B.Tech. degree in
Information Technology in the year 2006.He is a very good coder. He could not clear some MGPAs due to his silly mistakes, but now he has learnt many things form his faults.
That's all about some of my friends.

21st september :a very unfortunate day for me

hello friends
now, I am writing something about my very unfortunate day. The day was 21st of september. It can also understood by 11st sep + 10 = 21st sep.
Before that day means on 20st sep. it was everythig fine.I spent near about 4 to 5 hours in lab on that night & returned from lab at 11.30 pm. and saw some songs on television in the common hall and finally went to sleep because there was 7 th MGPA (Machine Graded Programming Assignment) on 21st of sep.
I got up early in the morning & read some basic concepts of java programming. At 10:45 pm I went to my lecture hall for MGPA.There I got A problem based on arrays in which I hve to convert a decimal numbers into binary numbers wihin certain range and then find numbers where it changes from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0. Although problem was not difficult but at that time I could not develop a logic for it.I tried many times to solve it , but finally I could not solve it and my all efforts went into vain.
When I came outside the lab then I came to know that many students had cleared that problem successfully.I was pleased to know it.Then I asked about logic that was involved in that problem.I recognized my problem.where I was wrong?
Then I heard some students were talking about the result of TCOM. They were talking
that result is very disappointing . I rushed towards notice board to see my result .I was thinking
that the result will componsate my anxity to some extent . But when I saw the original result then I came to know that I was wrong and this result is not minimising my problem but it is more disappointing than the previous one. In this result I was declared fail.
The reson was that It was mentioned that I had copied the matter from a website. It was true I copied some part of it from the website due to lack of time and failure of gnayn server.Although it was not pleasant to me but I accept it because if ma'm has done it then I am
sure she had thought about it.
There was a sequence of unpleasant things on that day.I did not know what it is happening but it was happening. Suddenly somebody told me that there is also result of MFCS
on the notice board.I thought surely it will be fine for me . But disappointing event again repeated itself and here I also got the less marks than the expectation.Really it was to much for me .I pray to Almighty God to do something better for me . And I returned to my hostel ,I decided not to repeat my faults .

Computer Hacking

Unlike most computer crime / misuse areas which are clear cut in terms of actions and legalities , computer hacking is more difficult to define. Computer hacking always involves some degree of infringement on the privacy of others or damage to computer-based property such as files, web pages or software. The impact of computer hacking varies from simply being simply invasive and annoying to illegal. There is an aura of mystery that surrounds hacking, and a prestige that accompanies being part of a relatively "elite" group of individuals who possess technological savvy and are willing to take the risks required to become a true "hacker".
Even attempting to define the term "hacker" is difficult.
A person who enjoys exploring the details of programmable systems and how to stretch their capabilities, as opposed to most users, who prefer to learn only the minimum necessary.
One who programs enthusiastically (even obsessively) or who enjoys programming rather than just theorizing about programming.
A person capable of appreciating hack value.
A person who is good at programming quickly.
An expert at a particular program, or one who frequently does work using it or on it.
An expert or enthusiast of any kind. One might be an astronomy hacker, for example.
One who enjoys the intellectual challenge of creatively overcoming or circumventing limitations.
A malicious meddler who tries to discover sensitive information by poking around. Hence 'password hacker', 'network hacker'. The correct term for this sense is cracker.
Even within hacker society, the definitions range from societally very positive (dare I say characteristic of gifted and talented individuals) to criminal.
The belief that information sharing is a powerful good and that it is the ethical duty of hackers to share their expertise by writing free software and facilitating access to information and to computing resources whenever possible.
The belief that system cracking for fun and exploitation is ethically OK as long as the cracker commits no theft, vandalism or breach of confidentiality.
Ways to Minimize Potential for Hacking........
There are a number of ways for schools to minimize potential for hacking.
Schools need to clearly establish acceptable use policies and delineate appropriate and inappropriate actions to both students and staff.
Students and staff need to instructed regarding hacking, the mentality associated with it, the consequences of various hacking actions and possible consequences of interacting and forming online relationships with anonymous individuals who claim to be proficient in invading others' privacy.
The use of filters may be considered in reducing access to unauthorized software serial numbers and hacking-related materials, newsgroups, chatrooms and hacking organizations.

The Ozone Layer

The ozone layer is essential for protecting society from harmful UV radiation by acting as a filter. However, this protective layer has been thinning due to three main sources: human activity, natural sources, and volcanoes. Human activity is responsible for the most damage to the ozone layer, thus, society should recognize that much can be done to prevent ozone layer damage.
In 1985, in a region over Antarctica, the yearly polar vortex had caused the ozone layer to deplete so greatly, that it could be classified as a hole. In 1996, this hole was large enough to cover Antarctica.
The depletion of the ozone layer does not come without problems. Scientific research has suggested the probability that increased UV-B radiation as a result of the thinning ozone layer leads to increased cases of skin cancer, immuno-suppression, cataracts, and “snowblindness” due to radiation damage of the DNA. Additionally, experiments have shown a correlation between increased UV radiation and crop damage due to UV radiation damaging the plants DNA. Some scientists, however, feel that this will not be a problem in the future due to the possibility of breeding UV resistant crops and plants.
When the topic of the ozone layer arises, many people immediately think of the hole over Antarctica, but few know why the hole is actually there. In 1985, British scientists discovered this hole. A special condition exists in Antarctica that accelerates the depletion of the ozone layer. Every Arctic winter, a polar vortex forms over Antarctica. A polar vortex is a swirling mass of very cold, stagnant air surrounded by strong westerly winds.Since there is an absence of sun during Arctic winters, the air becomes incredibly cold and the formation of ice clouds occurs. When the sun returns in the spring, the light shining on the nitrogen oxide filled ice particles activates the formation of chlorine. This excess of ozone destroying chlorine rapidly accelerates the depletion of the ozone layer. Finally, when the polar vortex breaks up, the rapid dissolution decreases. It is evident that the effects of the polar vortex are dramatic. For about two month every southern spring, the total ozone declines by about 60% over most of Antarctica.
Many national governments and agencies recognized the problem of ozone depletion, and therefore, united in 1987 to sign the Montreal Protocol. This agreement was implemented to decrease CFC levels in order to help protect the thinning ozone layer.
Clearly, ozone depletion is a dangerous problem due to possible disease outbreaks and famine as a result of increased UV-B radiation. However, society can collectively attempt to combat this problem by relatively simple means such as education and the practice of “ozone smart behavior. For if society acts now, future generations will be handed a safe and healthy planet.

The Great Albert Einstein

Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany on Mar. 14, 1879. Einstein's parents, who were non observant Jews, moved from Ulm to Munich when Einstein was an infant. The family business was the manufacture of electrical parts. When the business failed, in 1894, the family moved to Milan, Italy. At this time Einstein decided officially to relinquish his German citizenship. Within a year, still without having completed secondary school, Einstein failed an examination that would have allowed him to pursue a course of study leading to a diploma as an electrical engineer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. He spent the next year in nearby Aarau at the continual secondary school, where he enjoyed excellent teachers and first-rate facilities in physics. Einstein returned in 1896 to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, where he graduated, in 1900 as a secondary school teacher of mathematics and physics.
When British eclipse expeditions in 1919 confirmed his predictions about the general theory of relativity, the popular press bombarded Einstein. Einstein's personal ethics also fired public imagination. Einstein, who after returning to Germany in 1914 did not reapply for German citizenship. He was one of only a handful of German professors who remained a pacifist and did not support Germany's war aims. After the war, when the victorious allies sought to exclude German scientists from international meetings, Einstein--a Jew traveling with a Swiss passport--remained an acceptable German envoy. Einstein's political views as a pacifist and a Zionist pitted him against conservatives in Germany, who branded him a traitor and a defeatist. The public success accorded his theories of relativity evoked savage attacks in the 1920s by the anti-Semitic physicists Johannes Stark and Philipp Leonard, men who after 1932 tried to create a so-called Aryan physics in Germany. Just how controversial the theories of relativity remained for less flexibly minded physicists is revealed in the circumstances surrounding Einstein's reception of a Nobel Prize in 1921--awarded not for relativity but for his 1905 work on the photoelectric effect.
Until the end of his life Einstein sought a unified field theory, whereby the phenomena of gravitation and electromagnetism could be derived from one set of equations. After 1920, however, while retaining relativity as a fundamental concept, theoretical physicists focused more attention on the theory of quantum mechanics, as elaborated by Max Planck, Niels Bohr, Werner Heisenberg, and others, and Einstein's later thoughts went somewhat neglected for decades. This picture has changed in more recent years. Physicists are now striving to combine Einstein's relativity theory with quantum theory in a "theory of everything," by means of such highly advanced mathematical models as superstring theories.

Taj Mahal - A Tribute to beauty

Agra, once the capital of the Mughal Empire during the 16th and early 18th centuries, is one and a half hours by express train from New Delhi. Tourists from all over the world visit Agra not to see the ruins of the red sandstone fortress built by the Mughal emperors but to make a pilgrimage to Taj Mahal, India’s most famous architectural wonder, in a land where magnificent temples and edificies abound to remind visitors about the rich civilization of a country that is slowly but surely lifting itself into an industrialized society.
The postcard picture of Taj Mahal does not adequately convey the legend, the poetry and the romance that shroud what Rabindranath Tagore calls "a teardrop on the cheek of time". Taj Mahal means "Crown Palace" and is in fact the most well preserved and architecturally beautiful tomb in the world. It is best described by the English poet, Sir Edwin Arnold, as "Not a piece of architecture, as other buildings are, but the proud passions of an emperor’s love wrought in living stones." It is a celebration of woman built in marble and that’s the way to appreciate it.
Taj Mahal stands on the bank of River Yamuna, which otherwise serves as a wide moat defending the Great Red Fort of Agra, the center of the Mughal emperors until they moved their capital to Delhi in 1637. It was built by the fifth Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan in 1631 in memory of his second wife, Mumtaz Mahal, a Muslim Persian princess. She died while accompanying her husband in Burhanpur in a campaign to crush a rebellion after giving birth to their 14th child. The death so crushed the emperor that all his hair and beard were said to have grown snow white in a few months.
As a tribute to a beautiful woman and as a monument for enduring love, the Taj reveals its subtleties when one visits it without being in a hurry. The rectangular base of Taj is in itself symbolic of the different sides from which to view a beautiful woman. The main gate is like a veil to a woman’s face which should be lifted delicately, gently and without haste on the wedding night. In indian tradition the veil is lifted gently to reveal the beauty of the bride. As one stands inside the main gate of Taj, his eyes are directed to an arch which frames the Taj.
The dome is made of white marble, but the tomb is set against the plain across the river and it is this background that works its magic of colours that, through their reflection, change the view of the Taj. The colours change at different hours of the day and during different seasons. Like a jewel, the Taj sparkles in moonlight when the semi-precious stones inlaid into the white marble on the main mausoleum catch the glow of the moon. The Taj is pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden when the moon shines. These changes, they say, depict the different moods of woman.
Different people have different views of the Taj but it would be enough to say that the Taj has a life of its own that leaps out of marble, provided you understand that it is a monument of love. As an architectural masterpiece, nothing could be added or substracted from it.

The Ganges

In a country where practically everything in nature is venerated, the Ganges is most holy. Considering the magnitude of her life-sustaining force, it’s no wonder: her mighty course from the mountains to the sea creates a river basin 200 to 400 miles wide that supports nearly half a billion people. According to Hindu mythology, the Ganges was once a river of heaven that flowed across the sky. Long ago, she agreed to fall to earth to aid a king named Bhagiratha, whose ancestors had been burned to ash by the angry gaze of an ascetic they had disturbed during meditation. Only the purifying waters of Ganges, flowing over their ashes, could free them from the earth and raise them up to live in peace in heaven. So that the earth would not be shattered by the impact of her descent, Lord Shiva caught Ganges in his hair as she cascaded down from heaven to the Himalyas. Ganges then followed Bhagiratha out of the mountains, across the plains to the sea, where she restored his dead ancestors and lifted them to paradise.
Winding 1560 miles ,across northern India, from the Himalaya Mountains to the Indian Ocean, the Ganges River is not a sacred place: it is a sacred entity. Known as Ganga Ma—Mother Ganges—the river is revered as a goddess whose purity cleanses the sins of the faithful and aids the dead on their path toward heaven. But while her spiritual purity has remained unchallenged for millennia, her physical purity has deteriorated as India’s booming population imposes an ever-growing burden upon her. The river is now sick with the pollution of human and industrial waste, and water-borne illness is a terrible factor of Indian life. But the threat posed by this pollution isn’t just a matter of health—it’s a matter of faith. Veer Badra Mishra, a Hindu priest and civil engineer who has worked for decades to combat pollution in the Ganges, describes the importance of protecting this sacred river: “There is a saying that the Ganges grants us salvation. This culture will end if the people stop going to the river, and if the culture dies the tradition dies, and the faith dies.”
The tremendous life that the Ganges supports is also the source of its greatest threat: pollution. The majority of the Ganges’ pollution is organic waste—sewage, trash, food, and human and animal remains. Over the past century, city populations along the Ganges have grown at a tremendous rate, while waste-control infrastructure has remained relatively unchanged. Sewage systems designed near the turn of the 20th century today do little more than channel waste into the river.
In contrast to the shortcomings of the government’s Ganga Action Plan, the citizen-based Sankat Mochan Foundation, started in Varanasi in 1982, has made great strides toward a lasting clean-up of the Ganges. With a dual identity as Hindu priest and civil engineer, the organization’s founder, Veer Bhadra Mishra, has approached the problem from both a scientific and a spiritual perspective. In collaboration with engineers at the University of California, Berkeley, Mishra has proposed an alternative sewage-treatment plan for Varanasi that is compatible with the climate and conditions of India. The advanced integrated wastewater oxidation pond system would store sewage in a series of ponds and use bacteria and algae to break down waste and purify the water, so it wouldn’t need electricity.

About Goa

hello friends
I am going to write some inersting facts about the history of Goa.
Goa is one of the smallest states of India , comprises a mainland district on the country's western coast and an offshore island, it is located 400 kilometers south Mumbai. It is sand witched by the states of Maharastra on the north and Karnataka on the east and south by the Arabian sea on the west. The total area is3702 square kilometers. The capital is Panaji . Formerly Goa was a Portuguese possession. It was annexed by India in 1962 and statehood in 1987.
The ancient Hindu land of Goa , of which hardly a fragmant survives , was built at southernmost point of island. Known as Gove , Govapuri and Gomant in the Puranas and certain inscriptions, Goa was famous in early hindu legend and history. The medieval Arabian geographers knew it as Sindabur or Sandabur, and the Portuguese as Velha Goa.
In the 1510 the charm and the geographical location of Goa attracted the
Portuguese to the land.Their aim was to control the spiceroute form the east and also carried a mission to spread Christianity.St Francis Xavier with his Jeesuit missionaries , arrived in 1542. Portuguese control had axpanded beyond
Old Goa to include the provinces of Bardez and Salcate , by the middle of the 16th century.
Apart from Portuguese , the parts of Goa had captivated many from the west - the Turks, the British , the French, the Dutch. The most prosperous times
of Goa happened with eventual ousting of the Turks, who controlled the trade routes across the Indian Ocean , and the resultant fortunes made from the spice trade. The colony became the viceregal seat of the Portuguese empire of
the east , including various East African port cities, East Timor and Macau. But
rivalry between the British , French and Dutch in the 17th century, combined with Portugal's lack of ability to service its distant empire , led to their decline.
The Portuguese were nearly overthrown by the Marathas in the late 18th
century. However the Portuguese clung on till 1961,when they were finally ejected by India. Goa remained a union territory for 26 years and gained full flegged statehood on august 12th 1987.

Important Facts About Indian Railways

hello friends
now , I am writing some important facts about Indian Railways , because I always remained in
touch with it form 5 years old onwards . I have many relatives working at many impotant posts
in Indian railways.
Indian Railways, a historical legacy, are a vital force in our economy. The first railway on Indian sub-continent ran from Bombay to Thane on 16th April 1853. Fourteen railway carriages carried about 400 guests from Bombay to Thane covering a distance of 21 miles. Since then there has been no looking back. It is interesting to note that though the railways were introduced to facilitate the commercial interest of the British it played an important role in unifying the country.
Railways are ideally suited for long distance travel and movement of bulk commodities. Regarded better than road transport in terms of energy efficiency, land use, environment impact and safety it is always in forefront during national emergency.
Indian railways, the largest rail network in Asia and the world's second largest under one management are also credited with having a multi gauge and multi traction system.
The track kilometers in broad gauge (1676 mm) are 86, 526 kms, meter gauge (1000 mm) are 18, 529 kms and narrow gauge (762/610 mm) are 3,651 kms. Of the total route of 63,028 kms, 16,001 kms are electrified.
The railways have 7566 locomotives, 37, 840 coaching vehicles, 222, 147 freight wagons, 6853 stations, 300 yards, 2300 goodsheds, 700 repair shops, and 1.54 million work force. Indian Railways runs around 11,000 trains everyday, of which 7,000 are passenger trains.
now about its objectives in year 2008........................................................................
Indian Railways created a history by generating a cash surplus before dividend of Rs 20,000 cr as against Rs 14,700 cr in the previous year. The Passenger earnings have increased by 14 percent while coach earnings have shown a rise of 48 percent. A quantum jump in freight business is another highlight of the year. For the year 2007-2008 Construction of High Speed Passenger Corridors have been proposed. The corridors would have state of the art signaling and train control systems, for running high speed trains at speeds of 300 to 350 kms per hour; one each in the Northern, Western, Southern and Eastern regions of the country. The trains will cover distance distances of up to 600 kms in two to three hours. Private Public Partnership would be considered for High-speed corridors. Suggestions have been made to introduce air-conditioned class services in suburban trains in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata and escalators at major stations. The railway minister has proposed to use more IT services in the railways which would help in increasing passenger and freight earnings, reduce operating costs, ensure effective utilization of human and physical resources . Gauge Conversion, Rolling Stock Modernization and Capacity Augmentation are the other aspects in the to do list of the Indian Railways. The year 2007 will be celebrated as cleanliness year where efforts would be ensured to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at station premises in passenger trains, railway lines, waiting rooms etc.

About My HomeTown

hello friends..
now I want to tell you something about my hometown. I belong to Kushinagar , which is situated in the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh state.
Initially Kushinagar was not an district , but it was the part of district Deoria. When
Mayawati government came into power it gave popularity Kushinagar as district . After that
Kushinagar is known as an important district of eastern u.p.
Kushinagar is near about 80 km away from Gorakhpur which is the head office of north eastern jone of Indian Railways.Thats why luckily I have no problem regarding railways
means trains are available from here to anywhere in India.
My district is full of green trees covering nearly 40% area of land.So the I can say that
it is polution free. The polution free environment is sustained there because there also no rapid
industrialization exist.Means you can breath in a healthy environment without any apprehension.
Now something about agriculture . Kushinagar is famous for the forming of sugarcane.
It produces near about 20 - 25% of total sugar that is consumpted in u.p.That's why every government take necessary steps for the welfare of formers, but still it does not reach to the people that actually need it.So it is need of hour that reforms should be taken at wide level and
with proper planning so that it might reach to everyone.
There are ample of opportunities in educational field . There are many institutes and
colleges which provide high level of eductional programmes. There are many persons which after
being qualified from here have spread glory in all world.
But what I am leaving here without describing the important fact is it's impotant historical significance. As nearly everybody know that it is the holy place because here Mahatama Budhha left his body for heaven. That's why it has important significance not
only for Indians but also at international level.
Lot's of financial supports are available for the development of Kushinagar. It is provided not only by India but also by other countries where there are lot of supporters of
Gautam Budhha. Now Indian government is taking every necessary steps in establishing it
as a tourist place at world level.
The people of kushinagar are very good natured. The respectfull nature for everyone
of these people is really appreciable. I am sure taht at next time when you will visit to Kushinagar, the people of Kushinagar will really win your heart. And you will be forced to say that
what a good place it is.

My Experience At CDAC

Hello Friends
I am Nirankar Singh and i am trying to pen down my experience with CDAC.
Although i have passed just one and half week in CDAC, yet i am in condition to write something about CDAC.
Fristly I want to thank IT department of Indian government to establish CDAC at such a nice place means Bangalore. Here, there exits good climatic situations which give me as well as North Indian students from scorching heat that has spread its roots there. But here climatic conditions are different, here environment is same as it exits in the month of spring
these conditions make everyone enthusiastic and energetic, thats why many IT industries
prefer here to establish it's branch.
Now I want to tell you something about my educational background I have completed
my B.Tech. programme form the institute C.A.E.T.,Etawah which is situated 140 km. form the
industrial city, Kanpur. I have completed my B.Tech. with 75.50% in Computer Science & Engg.
Although I belong to technical background but i have seen many differences between CDAC and my institute . In my institute i have the limited time to access the computers in college lab but
here no such type of restrictions exist , means you can access the computers anytime either it is
day or night, either it is 12.00 of noon or it is 12.00 of night.
I am not trying to specify differences between CDAC and my institute but I want to share my feelings about my previous institute and CDAC.Their if I have completed my coding of any programme , I have to wait a night to run it on the system and check the accuracy of my programme but here there is no limit.Actually this type of environment help anyone to improve
his/her technical skill.
Here a competative environment exist means if you are not aware what is happening aorund you can not compete this competative environment.for this purpose you have to aware
every time.
Many of us have a good theoretical knowledge of his subject, but they lags behind in the
field of practical knowledge. And one is incomplete if he/she does not have good command over
theroretical as well as practical knowledge.Environment of CDAC fulfills the patches that students have in their practical knowledge.
Here the faculty members have good practical knowledge. They also have a very cooperating nature.their teaching style is impacceble. They teach in such a way that it does
not matter that whether you have a computing background or not, means the students that
have non computing background feel no problems in starting their programming.
Now I am putting my some points in favour of what i have written above. The study
material that they provide covers whole syllabus of subject and if you have the ability and the capability to read it then through it you will face no problem in solving problems. One thing that
I am not describing will incomplete the whole matter is the assignment that it provides. The
assigments are extremelly good they are highly logical means you can develop your logic by solving those assignments.
Initially when I was solving those assignments then I was feeling very nervous during
programming but thinking again and again now I am able to solve those problems more effectively.
At CADC I moved to introduce with my batchmates . After introduction I found that most of my batchmates were North Indian but my batch contains students from all over India. It was a good experience to meet meet people from all parts of the country. It was an good opportunity for me to share ideas ,views and culture with them. I found that the students were from different educational backgrounds some of them were completed their graduation from Art side , some from science, some from commerce and some from engineering background. Even some of students have work experience and in this environment it was a good opportunity to learn a lot.
CDAC has also improved one of my skill called "PATIENCE" ,which is very necessary
to make a successful carrier in software field.Intially I lost my courage and confidence when
output does not appear correctly. But now I do not lose my patience.
Here it is challenge infront of me to clear my MGPA'S and MGPT'S and it happens regularly so everyone has to be preapare himself/herself for it.So it gives a responsibility
to students.
It has a universal rule that no one is completely perfect. It also appears true here .
There are no any big patches here but there exist someone in fact which are small patches
I find that at sometimes nearly 8 -10 pm that the ratio of student and computer is does not appear good some students have to wait for systems. And onething also, that mouse of
systems create trouble while performing any operation which should be replaced by optical
mouse , if possible.
In spite of these small patches I like my CDAC because it gives me an opportunity to
learn a lot.

My First Day At Cdac Bangalore

Hello Friends,
My first half day at CDAC Banagalore was really not very good, because I was late for more than three hours . It was very painful to me because i could attend inaguration ceremoney and important introduction about CDAC which was very necrssary for me, but only i was not responsible for it although I took my reservation ticket from Gorakhpur which is my home town on 4th august , it's sheduled arrival in bangalore was on 5.00 am. But it took 4 to 5 hours more to reach Bangalore . It was very misfortunate for me I was in depression beacause engine of train stopped working due to this it stood in stagnated condition for more than 2 hours, when new engine came then the train moved forward to my destination.
Anyway my train reached to bangalore at 10.00 am.My one relative recieved me from the station . I faced to much problem in traffic . It was huge rush on the road . Ultimately I reached to CDAC . I faced many problems to reach CDAC . I hired an auto for my purpose to reach my destination, I said him to drop me at CDAC but he dropped me at CDOT . He was totally confused between CDAC and CDOT.Anyway i reached to CDAC.When I reached to CDAC then I knew that why autowala was confused because it was clearly mention on the wall and at the gate "NCST " and CDAC was nowhere mentioned .
I was thinking Perhaps i am the latest comer at CDAC.When I reached CDAC then all
the programmes were ended. When I reached then from the reception counter I recieved a message that wait for sometime. I waited for nearly 1 hour because it was lunch time.when lunch time completed one admin employee came and gave me kit and identity card. After taking my identity card i registered myself for hostel accomodation.Actually i am North Indian. During hostel accomodation i was thinking about my room partner and was praying to God that he must be North Indian and almighty God listened me and i got my room partner which belong to Allahabad.
After putting my bags and baggage in my alloted room F10 I again went to institute
where i got lunch coupon and i took my lunch. In fact the first day was very busy because we have to attend our first class "introduction to unix".My all efforts went into vein because i could not attened my first class , it was happening for first time with me when i could not attend my first class.
After class I went to my room with my room partner. We saw a neat and clean room well occupied with two almiras , two chairs and two stable tables. We arranged our room properly and put all the things in proper position. Then we went to market to purchase some necessary things. After purchasing things we returned to our hostel.
Although I was not alone in CDAC ,one of my batchmate was also selected for FPGDST course but my room partner was alone in the sense that none of his batchmate came here for the course.
At 7.30 pm I took my dinner . In the starting I faced problem with the south Indian food but slowly and slowly I adjusted myself with this food.Mes workers are higly disciplined and very strict to time means even if you are five to ten minutes late form the specified time you will lose your meal.
Although the dinner time dinner time was to early for me because I ussually take my dinner at 9 - 10 pm , but by and by my biological clock adjusted it same as in the case of food.
After taking my food I went to outside to look electronic city more closely . I wandered here and there without any purpose for more than 1 hour . I saw a number of IT companies situated side by side where thousands of employees work day and night .
After visiting electronic city I returned to my hostel (Training Block). I have a habit of watching movies in the night . Initially I was thinking that whether there will be any entertainment media present or not. I was very pleased when I find a common room equipped with with a colour television.
I sat on a chair in common room and watched some movies and tv serials. I watched it for nearly one hour. After watching I moved to introduce with my batchmates .
When I looked at the watch it was nearly 12.00 pm of night . As I was tired to much on that because of my long journey near about 2600 km and travelling more than two nights and two days.
I went to my room and look for tomorrow's shedule . I saw that the first class was at 10.00pm.So I decided to go for bed.Actually I have a bad habit that I can not get up early in the
morning without the help of alarm. So I set an alarm of 6.00 am early in morning so that I might be ready in advance.
After that I gave sometime to remember God and thank him for his deeds then I moved in a deep sleep.
